Engagement Hub
The Engagement Hub is your unified platform for lead capture and meeting scheduling. Access it from the sidebar under Engagement.
The hub organizes two powerful tools under one roof:
Forms
Create custom web forms to capture leads, collect feedback, or gather information. Forms can be:
- Standard Forms — Collect data and trigger CRM actions (create leads, contacts, accounts)
- Meeting Booking Pages — Let visitors book meetings directly on your calendar
Navigate to Engagement → Forms to manage all your forms.
Forms support embedding on external websites via iframe, JavaScript snippet, or popup modal. See Embedding Forms for details.
Scheduling
Manage your booking pages and view all scheduled meetings. The scheduling section provides:
- Booking Pages — List of all meeting booking forms with status, duration, and booking counts
- Bookings — Table of all meetings with status filters (confirmed, cancelled, rescheduled, no-show)
Navigate to Engagement → Scheduling to manage your availability and bookings.
To create a new booking page, go to Engagement → Forms and click New Booking Page. Booking pages are a special type of form with calendar integration.
